It is easy to travel with and I always carry several tea bags in my purse. Come See Jenny McCarthy!!
May 2008: News
Where will you be Memorial Day Weekend? We hope you can join us at the Autism One conference in Chicago! Who will be there? Dr. Anju Usman, Jenny McCarthy, Dr. Kenneth Bock, Dr. Hicks and the list goes on and on of cutting edge practicioners leading the way to improving our children’s health!
While you’re there, come visit me at the Delightful Health booth.
You will also find Jane Casey, fermenter extraordinaire, and co-author of a book that describes the rise and fall of autism in her twin boys. It’s not quite done yet, but it’s an amazing story that has received much support from the autism community!
Sadiqua Hamdan, my favorite writer, will be there as well. Please feel free to share your stories with her — we would love to bring more awareness and make a difference in the world.
Also say hello to Dee Hart. She is a passionate aromatherapist who creates custom oils, made to support your intentions and assists you into making your dreams become reality.
We will be sampling out Kombucha, one of our favorite fermented beverages!!
For more information please visit www.autismone.org. I look forward to seeing you there!!

The “Dirty Dozen” and Mission Organic 2010
May 2008: News
What are the “dirty dozen”? These are the fruits and vegetables containing the highest levels of pesticide residues. So my recommendation would be to go organic on the following:
- Peaches
- Apples
- Sweet Bell Peppers
- Celery
- Nectarines
- Strawberries
- Cherries
- Pears
- Grapes (imported)
- Spinach
- Lettuce
- Potatoes
If you are on a limited budget and are unable to go all organic, it’s alright to buy the following fruits and vegetables non-organic because they contain the lowest pesticide residue:
- Papayas
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Bananas
- Kiwi
- Sweet peas (frozen)
- Asparagus
- Mangoes
- Pineapple
- Sweet Corn (frozen)
- Avocados
- Onions
Mission Organic 2010 is an ambitious campaign with an exciting goal: to increase the current market for organic food from 3 percent to 10 percent by 2010. When we, as consumers, demand the organic supply, farmers and food companies will supply the organic demand. The result? Healthier people and a healthier planet. Please click here to Join the Mission and you will even receive a free starter kit!

Olive Gold O3
April 2008: News
Olive Gold 03 can be ordered in either the 2 ounce size for $29.95 or the 4 ounce size for $49.95. I love having one of each on hand, I take the 2 ounce with me when I travel and it is under the limit to carry on the airplane. The 4 oz would have to go in your luggage that you are checking in.
