Delightful Health

We seek healthcare ground truth. Sometimes we buy the clinic.

Delightful licenses de-identified healthcare data from providers, health systems, aggregators, and healthcare services, and in select cases acquires entire clinics, in search of one thing: ground truth. Real records of real care, with the outcomes that followed, to train and evaluate frontier models.

Why real-world evidence

Most healthcare AI today is trained and evaluated on contrived, synthetic data: invented patients, templated notes, and benchmarks that reward pattern-matching over judgment. Models that look competent on synthetic tests fail in the mess of real practice, where charts are incomplete, tasks interrupt each other, and the right answer depends on what actually happened next.

We take the harder path. Real-world evidence is slower to collect and harder to govern: actual clinical and operational records, verified outcomes, the full texture of how care runs. It is also the only foundation that produces models worth trusting with patient results.

Who we work with

Providers and practices

We partner with providers to license their de-identified operational history, and in select cases we acquire the practice outright. A working clinic is the richest ground truth there is: real patients, real workflows, real outcomes, running continuously.

Health systems

Multi-site clinical and operational data with the scale and longitudinality that make outcomes verifiable, across service lines and care settings. Governed licensing that keeps your system in control of how its data is used.

Data aggregators

We license de-identified clinical and operational datasets: encounters, notes, labs, imaging, claims, and the longitudinal outcomes that make them verifiable. Clear agreements defining permitted uses; your organization retains ownership.

Healthcare services

EHRs, billing and revenue-cycle platforms, telehealth, and scheduling tools. We're exploring partnerships around provider-authorized, de-identified operational telemetry: audit logs, task queues, referral and prior-auth lifecycles, inbox routing, and workflow state transitions. A governed data-and-infrastructure partnership, not access to raw patient charts.

How it works

1. Conversation

Tell us what you have. A short call to understand your data, your authorization posture, and what a partnership could look like.

2. Review

Under NDA, we review a sample for clinical depth, longitudinality, and verifiability, the qualities that make data useful as ground truth.

3. Governance

De-identification is validated, provider authorization is documented, and a licensing or acquisition agreement defines exactly what the data can and cannot be used for.

4. Partnership

Licensing revenue, acquisition, or an ongoing data-and-infrastructure relationship as your data powers environments and evals.

Governance

Built for regulated data from the start: de-identified before it reaches us, auditable at every step, and governed by agreements that define permitted uses and restrictions. We seek authorization, not access. If a dataset can't be shared cleanly, we'd rather build the partnership that makes it possible than work around it.
