About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the Delightful Health website operated by Delightful AI, Inc., doing business as Delightful Health. Who may submit information

Our intake and inquiry services are for adults aged 18 or older. Submit accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You can use available uncertain or non-disclosure options; you do not need to guess. Submit information about yourself. If you wish to act for someone else, contact us first so the team can explain the appropriate process.

Expressing interest and preliminary matching

The site helps you explore potential research opportunities and contact our team. It is not enrollment in research, not permission to request medical records, and not permission for unrestricted research or commercial use. A displayed match is preliminary. The team must confirm project availability, eligibility, participation requirements, and any compensation before you decide to participate. An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, a place in a project, or payment.

Submitting a name and email creates an interest record for follow-up. It does not by itself establish a verified login or prove ownership of an email address. You must not submit another person’s email or impersonate someone else.

Separate permission for records and research

Before medical records are requested or research participation begins, you will receive the relevant project information and consent or authorization materials. Those materials will explain the information involved, permitted uses and sharing, compensation requirements where applicable, and how to withdraw, including any limits on removal of information already used or shared. You can decline a later opportunity.

Your information and permissions

When you request a study match, you ask us to save and use the responses needed to provide that preliminary matching service. When you submit your name and email, you permit us to keep them with your answers and contact you about your expression of interest or waitlist request. When you submit a professional inquiry, you ask us to use its contents to respond and discuss your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain your rights in the information you provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of your medical records and do not grant unrestricted rights to sell, license, or use your health information for research or commercial purposes. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health details in professional inquiry forms or by email.

Compensation and costs

There is no fee to check for a potential match or express interest. Advertised compensation applies only to an eligible contribution that meets the project’s requirements. The team will explain eligibility, required activities, completion criteria, and payment timing before you agree to participate. An interest form or waitlist submission does not trigger payment.

No medical advice

The website and preliminary matching service do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice and do not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Continue to make healthcare decisions with qualified healthcare professionals. Do not use these forms for emergencies or urgent care requests; contact local emergency services if you need immediate help.

Appropriate use and website content

Do not impersonate others, submit information you are not authorized to provide, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or another person’s use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Website text, artwork, branding, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for its intended informational and inquiry purposes. These terms do not grant ownership of our content or a right to reuse it commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but opportunities, features, and content can change, and the site may experience interruptions or errors. We do not guarantee a match, a research result, or a health outcome. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices; review those before sharing information with them.

Your rights, changes, and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate project agreements govern any later research participation and do not arise solely from this website inquiry.

We may update these terms and will publish a revised effective date, with additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively expand permissions for health information or replace required research consent.
